Dr Drescher holds a degree in economics from the University of Michigan and graduated from the Hadassah Hebrew University School of Medicine. He completed a residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Connecticut School of Medicine. He has been a practicing emergency physician for 25 years in the US and in Israel. He is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians and a diplomate of the American Board of Emergency Medicine as well as being a certified specialist inemergency medicine by the Israeli Ministry of Health.
Dr Drescher has held several administrative leadership positions including Associate Chief of Emergency Medicine at Hartford Hospital, and most recently as the Chief of Emergency Medicine at Beilinson Hospital in Petah Tikvah, Israel. He is the Chairman of the Israeli Association for Emergency Medicine.
Dr Drescher is Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at the UCONN School of Medicine and visiting Associate Professor of Emergency Medicine at the Sackler School of Medicine in the Tel Aviv University.
He has won multiple teaching awards at both institutions. He has authored over 40 publications including articles in the fields of emergency psychiatry and pain control.
Prof. Drescher has decades of experience in the safe and effective use of Ketamine and other sedatives in his practice in the Emergency Department. He brings this experience to his patients at KetaMind to ensure that their care is safe and their experience exceptional, while on the path to better mental health.
Dr Seidman received a BA, and MD from Emory University. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine from the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, trained in public health at the Centers for Disease Control, and completed a residency and fellowship in psychiatry and psychopharmacology at Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons. He was an attending psychiatrist and researcher at Columbia University for 15 years. In Israel, his research, clinical, and teaching are based at the Chaim Sheba Medical Center. He has been principal investigator of multiple clinical trials, and authored many publications. Dr Seidman is a partner in Negev Capital, and investment fund focused on psychedelic medicine
Dr Seidman has been a practicing psychiatrist for over 25 years in the US and in Israel. He is a co-founder and medical officer at Integrity Care, a NY-based clinic dedicated to the comprehensive treatment of Haredim. He owns an outpatient psychiatry clinic in New York City, within which he has been treating patients with ketamine since 2012.

Hayim is a career medical executive and entrepreneur who was most recently CEO of PsyTech Inc, a quality-of-care driven psychedelic assisted therapy company, leading it from founding to sale. PsyTech owned and operated psychiatry clinics employing novel therapies such as ketamine infusion, spravato, and transcranial magnetic stimulation.
Hayim has spent more than 20 years in executive leadership positions in the healthcare and clinical software sectors. Co-founder of 5 companies, all of which remain impactful companies in their sectors today.
