Some uses of the various services Stella offers may require User registration and/or the provision of details and/or the completion of forms. 1. Information We Collect About You and Its Use

  1. Inquiry within the framework of Appointment Scheduling and Consultation

If you choose to book an appointment or make a consultation inquiry, you will be requested to provide personal information including, among others: Insuring entity (if relevant), full name, telephone number, email address, ID number, gender, and date of birth.

Payment Methods: If you make a payment on the website, full credit card details are not stored in Stella’s systems but are managed by a certified external clearing provider subject to its own privacy policy. Stella will use the information to process your order, confirm appointment scheduling, and send service messages (invoices, summary of inquiry, etc.).

  1. Data Collection during Treatment and/or Service Provision (Ketamine, SGB, etc.)

If you have chosen to receive a medical service, Stella will collect sensitive medical information as part of the service provision. Use of this information will be made in accordance with all applicable laws, including the Patient’s Rights Law, 5756-1996.

When submitting a candidacy for a position, the CV and attached information will be used solely for examining your suitability for the recruitment process.

Stella is the operator and owner of the websites: https://israel.stellacenter.com and https://ketamindclinic.com/

  • Non-Identifiable Information: Technical information (browser type, duration of stay) to improve user experience.
  • Online Identifiers: IP address and usage data collected automatically (Cookies/Pixels).
  • Details Provided for Contact: Name, phone, email, and inquiry content. Stella may document/record calls to the service center for the purpose of improving service.

However, the User acknowledges that there is no absolute protection on the Internet and exempts Stella from any liability for damage caused due to unauthorized penetration that does not result from the gross negligence of the Company.

6. Users’ Rights

You are entitled to review the personal information held about you, and to request its correction or deletion (subject to legal restrictions regarding the retention of medical records). Inquiries on this matter should be directed to the Data Protection Officer at the email address specified above.

7. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any dispute shall be heard solely in the competent courts in Tel Aviv-Jaffa.
